Dial-Up Access Terms

FastVirtual Services

The usage allowed with FastVirtual dial-up products are limited to 200 hours on a rolling 30 days basis. All services are prepay.

Camping on FastVirtual Network

While you are free to dial in at any time, these are not dedicated connections. When you are not actively using the system, FastVirtual requests that you log off to ensure that connections are available for other active users. FastVirtual may utilize detection programs to ensure that users are not using automated programs just to keep the connection alive. If your usage exceeds 200 hours per month, FastVirtual reserves the right to discontinue service or re-price the user pricing to more closely reflect actual usage. FastVirtual may terminate service in accordance with the Termination and Suspension policy.

Software

FastVirtual services may allow users to link to other Internet software that is "shareware" or "freeware." FastVirtual is not the author of, or otherwise responsible for, any such software nor is FastVirtual actively engaged in the sale or licensing of such software. FastVirtual makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, with respect to freeware or shareware available to users. FastVirtual accepts no liability of any kind with respect to such software or any damages resulting from use thereof. The user assumes all risk of all kinds with respect to such software. The user, and not FastVirtual, shall pay any and all shareware license fees. The user cannot assert any claim against FastVirtual with respect to any shareware or freeware obtained while using FastVirtual services.
