WHOIS Spam Protection

Your contact details (including your email address, phone number, and mailing address) must be publicly available via the WHOIS database as a condition of domain name registration.

However, to protect you from unsolicited mail and spam, your account control panel includes the option to hide your email address in the WHOIS database. By enabling this option, a proxy address (@emailaddressprotection.com) is used in place of your actual email address. Email is then forwarded from the proxy to your actual email address, thereby keeping your email address private.

To enable this option, access the "My Account" area of your account control panel, select “Account preferences”, and check the email protection option.
