Dedicated servers are configured in a similar manner to our production web servers. The installed control panel and services closely mirror those provided with our standard web hosting plans. All standard features are included. Root access is not provided.

Multiple hosting plans, Email Only, Silver and Gold, can be hosted on a single server. Each additional plan is $2.00/month plus bandwidth charges. Platinum and Platinum Plus plans can be hosted for $30/month plus bandwidth charges.

Dedicated servers are capable of handling several million web requests per day.

Bandwidth is measured by a FastVirtual backbone router and can be monitored through the statistics system. FastVirtual provides utilization graphs throughout the time period.

Service and bandwidth fees are billed monthly after each period. Invoices are due within 30 days. If invoices remain unpaid after 60 days, the service is subject to cancellation. The setup fee and payment for the first month of service must be paid before server setup.

SSL support is provided as standard. SSL certificates can be easily purchased and activated from your account control panel.

Upgrades and other server configurations can be made by arrangement at a later date. Additional or upgraded hardware is available via our Custom Dedicated Server plan.

To sign up for your dedicated server, please download the dedicated server contract on the following page. Your completed contract should be mailed (or faxed) to us, together with the setup fee and your first month's service fee. Once we receive the contract and fees, lead time is approximately 2 weeks for server setup and installation.
