Microsoft FrontPage
is no longer supported. Users may edit web pages using FrontPage, but changes can no longer be published using FrontPage server extensions. FrontPage bots and form handlers will also no longer function as they also require FrontPage server extensions.
The last version of FrontPage was released in 2003. Microsoft discontinued support for the application in 2006 and has now also discontinued support for the server extensions, which FrontPage needs in order to connect to the server to publish changes.
Without support from its developer,
any program is a potential threat to network security and integrity.
Expression Web, Microsoft's replacement for Frontpage, should work without issue.
