FastVirtual is structured around online support and we encourage you
to use our support forms for questions regarding service. This greatly
improves response times, and gives us the flexibility to answer questions
in order of priority and urgency, and deal with problems in an effective
and timely manner.
Priority support forms are also available from the account control
panel. Support requests sent in this manner are automatically tagged with
the account details and are immediately sent to the next available support
technician.

Benefits of Ticket Numbers
Each message sent via the support forms, or by email, receives a unique
tracking number, which we call a Ticket Number. This number is your reference
point and is retained until your issue or query has been resolved. This
enables all support staff to provide fast assistance with ongoing queries
by simply reviewing your ticket history.
