Email Forwards

All FastVirtual hosting plans include unlimited email forwards.

Email forwards are email addresses that automatically forward mail to other email addresses. For example, you could set up email forwards for support, info, services, etc. @yourname.com, yet receive mail sent to any of these addresses at a single destination email mailbox.

Email forwards are easily added and configured from the "Email" area of your account control panel.

Email Forwards Explained

Email forwards are used to redirect email to alternative email addresses.

An email forward appears exactly as a normal email address to the sender, but all mail received by the forward is immediately sent to the destination email address. This can be any valid email address, whether hosted by FastVirtual, or elsewhere.

Email forwards are often used to create multiple email addresses that all forward to the same destination mailbox. For example, company might use email forwards such as:

• support@yourname.com
• sales@yourname.com
• etc.

- all of which forward to the appropriate employee's email mailbox.
